🛠️ Production Process

Each lamp is handmade with care through the following steps:

1. Concept & 3D Design – Inspired by anime scenes and iconic moments, we digitally sculpt the ship to capture its soul.
2. Mold Making – A high-precision silicone mold is created to reproduce fine details.
3. Hand Painting – Every layer of color is applied by skilled hands, from the ship’s wood textures to tiny flag patterns.
4. Scene Assembly – The components are assembled to reflect a floating, serene sea scene.
5. Resin Casting & Pressure Curing – Crystal-clear resin is poured into the mold and pressure-cured to remove air bubbles.
6. Demolding & Surface Finishing – Once cured, the lamp is demolded, polished, and sanded to a flawless glass-like surface.
7. UV Coating & Lighting Installation – A UV-resistant topcoat is applied, followed by installation of a warm LED base to illuminate the scene.
