Every piece in our collection is carefully handcrafted with passion, precision, and attention to detail. As many of our products are made to order, each piece requires dedicated production time before it is carefully packaged and shipped.

Order & Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery time consists of:

Order Processing Time + Crafting Time + Shipping Time

1. Order Processing — 1–3 Business Days

After your order is placed, our team will:

• Verify your payment and order information.
• Review any custom design specifications or special requests.
• Schedule your order into our production queue.

2. Crafting & Production — 10–15 Business Days

Each piece is individually crafted in our workshop. Depending on the product, the production process may include:

• High-resolution 3D printing
• Detailed hand-painting
• Clear epoxy resin casting
• Bubble removal using a vacuum chamber
• Multi-stage polishing and finishing
• Final quality inspection

This production time allows our team to carefully complete each piece and ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping.

3. Shipping

Once your order has been completed and passed our quality inspection, it will be securely packaged and dispatched.

Vietnam: 2–5 business days

International: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and available shipping options.
