HOW IT MADE
Confident as one of the biggest and most seriously invested lamp box workshops in Vietnam, we possess the full equipment, people, skills and knowledge to produce the most professional custom lamp box products. Each product, when it reaches you, goes through 6 carefully controlled production steps:
Step 1. Concept development & design:
The process begins with selecting a theme and defining the artistic direction of the resin lightbox. The artist sketches the layout and builds 3D models of the main components using design software. The goal is to ensure aesthetic harmony, proper proportions, and alignment with the chosen theme.
Step 2. 3D printing:
Once the design is finalized, the individual components are exported and printed using a 3D printer—typically a resin printer for high resolution and smooth surfaces. After printing, the pieces are cleaned, support structures are removed, and surfaces are refined in preparation for painting.
Step 3. Hand painting:
Each 3D-printed element is hand-painted using acrylic or resin-compatible paints. Artists apply color with brushes or airbrushes, adding shadows, highlights, and texture to enhance depth and realism, giving the piece its distinctive artistic character.
Step 4. Crafting resin diorama elements:
Miniature scene elements such as trees, figures, or buildings are handcrafted from resin using silicone molds or sculpted manually. These pieces are also painted and detailed to match the overall composition and bring the miniature world to life.
Step 5. LED installation:
LED lights are installed to illuminate the scene and create a magical atmosphere. Depending on the design, lights are strategically placed and connected to a switch, battery, or USB port, ensuring safe and user-friendly operation.
Step 6. Assembly & Finishing:
All components are carefully assembled inside a case designed specifically for each theme. Once fully assembled, the light box is inspected, cleaned and securely packaged for delivery.
Each required step is performed by skilled artisans with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
