1. Concept & 3D Design – We begin with a creative idea based on beloved characters, sculpted digitally or manually.
2. Mold Making – A silicone mold is formed from the prototype for high-fidelity replication.
3. Hand Painting – Details are painted by hand, from bold base tones to tiny 0.1mm accents.
4. Scene Assembly – All parts are arranged to tell a story within the lamp.
5. Resin Casting & Pressure Curing – Crystal-clear resin is cast and cured in a pressure chamber to remove air bubbles.
6. Demolding & Surface Finishing – After curing, the piece is cleaned, sanded, and polished to a glass-like surface.
7. UV Coating & Lighting Installation – A UV-protective finish is added, and a built-in LED base is installed to bring the scene to life.
